In The Hills with Hecate

Packing up my pentacles and starting anew…

The Lie That Infidelity Is Just About Sex

“Cheating is abuse.”

On so many levels, y’all.

But when you focus solely on the physical act — who did what with whom — you miss the entire web. The full pattern. The deeply coded cruelty beneath the surface.

“Infidelity isn’t an event. It’s a symptom of a larger energetic betrayal.” — LeiLaRein Grace

It’s not just about bodies.

It’s about energy. Power. Secrecy.

It’s the moment your soul senses something sacred being stolen… and the lies begin to bury the truth alive.

What They Don’t Tell You About Being Cheated On

Infidelity is rarely an isolated behavior. It comes bundled with an entire ecosystem of abuse:

Gaslighting and circular conversations. Shifting blame. Emotional neglect. Financial control and hidden spending. Smear campaigns against the one being harmed. Love bombing others while draining you.

It’s not just a broken heart — it’s a spiritual ambush.

A thousand little betrayals… before the “big one” ever shows up.

And most of the time?

The cheater makes themselves the victim.

Misogyny in Plain Sight

In the South — and especially here in Texas — the patriarchy still wears a friendly smile.

Behind closed doors, though, too many women are still being spiritually crucified for speaking up.

“Cases like this happen when mothers are silenced and children are overlooked by fathers who simply “don’t want to lose.” — S.A. Reina

Mothers are being labeled “crazy.”

Guardianship is being used as a weapon.

And entire families enable it — as long as it keeps the illusion intact.

🎵 Song Pairing: “LABOR” – Paris Paloma

This one sings for the woman who did it all — and still got blamed.

Rising, Anyway

Packing up my pentacles isn’t just metaphor.

It’s real.

It’s raw.

It’s ritual.

It’s leaving behind the gaslit life and reclaiming every sacred tool I had to bury to survive. My intuition. My rage. My clarity. My voice.

“It’s not that I wanted revenge. I just wanted my soul back.” — LeiLaRein Grace

🎵 Song Pairing: “Bejeweled” – Taylor Swift

Because even when they try to dim your shine — you still sparkle.

For the Ones Rebuilding

To every woman (or soul) reading this who knows the ache of betrayal — let me say this with love and fire:

You are not crazy. You were just being slowly erased.

And now? You’re being rewritten by your own hand.

Come with me.

Into the hills.

With Hecate.

Where no mask can last and no truth can hide.

The way forward begins beneath our feet.
